The common areas are treated for pests monthly by Alpha Pest & Termite Control, LLC. While pest control within the units are each unit owner's responsibility, Edgewater has arranged for pest control treatment of the exterior of each building. Individual units must schedule pest control seperate from the pest control performed regularly.
