ARCHITECTURAL MODIFICATION FORM

Please review and return only the documents relevant to your project. This applies to all major improvements, including flooring, plumbing (PERMITS REQUIRED), bathroom/ kitchen remodel, electrical repairs (PERMITS REQUIRED), A/C repairs and installations (PERMITS REQUIRED). All contractors or technicians must be licensed and insured. A refundable $500 deposit is due at the time of application. This deposit will be returned to you once your project is complete and our maintenance team has verified no damages have been done to the building or common areas and no trash has been left behind. An inspection will be done after the work is complete to ensure all work is in compliance.

MINOR REPAIR FORM

Please review and return both forms for minor repairs only. If you are unsure if your project qualifies as a major or minor project, please call the office for clarification or email mail@edgewatercondosbc.com
