PREMIUM PARKING
A Premium Parking Space may be purchased for a 3rd or 4th vehicle (according to unit allotment below). The vehicle must be registered to a resident in the unit and the resident must be listed by name on the auto insurance card or policy. Registered residents may include a licensed minor who is registered with the association along with their parent(s) or legal guardian and reside at the unit full-time. Availability for additional vehicle parking is on a first come, first served basis and is not guaranteed.
UNIT ALLOTMENT
1/1 Unit: Allowed up to 2 cars max. Does not qualify for an extra parking space.
2/2 Unit: Allowed up to 2 cars max. Qualifies for 1 additional spot to park in the Purple Premium area.
3/3 Unit: Allowed up to 3 cars max. Qualifies for 1 additional spot to park in the Purple Premium area.
PREMIUM PARKING SECTION
The Premium Parking section is located in front of building 10 and is painted in purple.
FEES
The cost for the premium parking space is $300.00 semi-annually (2x a year) for a total cost of $600.00 annually. These fees are paid to Edgewater directly. This extra vehicle will also need to be registered on OnCall and is subject to the the annual permit fee paid to OnCall in addition to the semi-annual fee paid to Edgewater.
The Premium Parking fee may be paid with a credit or debit card over the phone (a 3% processing fee will apply). Alternatively, you may also drop off a money order or cashier’s check made out to Edgewater Condominiums to the drop box located outside the office doors at the Clubhouse.
