EDGEWATER AMENITIES & HOURS

Edgewater amenities include two swimming pools, hot tubs, a children’s wading pool, children’s playground, bike storage area, tennis court, soccer field, fitness center, dog park, and barbecue areas.

Hours of Operation:

• Fitness Center: 5:30 AM – 10:00 PM

• Pools & Hot Tubs: Sunrise – Sunset

• Playground, Soccer Field & Tennis Court: Sunrise – 9:00 PM

Amenity Rules:

• A maximum of 2 guests per unit are permitted at all amenities.

• Guests must be accompanied by a registered resident of the unit at all times while using the amenities.

• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

• Owners/residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

• All posted amenity rules must be followed.

Pool Areas:

• Clubhouse Pool: Swimming pool and hot tub

• East Pool: Swimming pool, hot tub, and children’s wading pool
